Who are we?

Based in Montreux, Gendre & Emonet SA is one of the leading real estate agencies on the Vaud Riviera. Founded in 1994 by Philippe Gendre and Jean‑Marc Emonet, the company specializes in property management, condominium administration, and brokerage. Entirely self‑financed, it has experienced steady growth thanks to the quality of its services and the loyalty of its staff.

Committed to developing the next generation of real estate professionals, Gendre & Emonet SA is also a training company, actively contributing to vocational education within the sector.

Today, the company consists of around thirty employees working across its various departments.

Complete real estate services

Gendre & Emonet manages over 7000 properties, mainly in the Vaud Riviera region, but also throughout French-speaking Switzerland, thanks to a branch in Lausanne. The PPE administration department, staffed by a dedicated contact person, covers 160 properties, guaranteeing a personalized service. The brokerage department, with its in-depth knowledge of the local market, assists customers in buying or selling real estate, with a portfolio of over 2000 potential buyers.

Since 2015, Gendre & Emonet SA has been attached to Groupe Comptoir Immobilier SA, as part of the latter's development strategy in French-speaking Switzerland. This fruitful collaboration is based on shared values, such as a commitment to quality, a constant drive for improvement and strong employee involvement. The two entities share a common professional ethos, in which absolute respect for customers and employees is central. The Board of Directors of Gendre & Emonet is composed of Mr. Paul Epiney (Chairman), Mr. Quentin Epiney (Director), Mr. Jean-Marc Emonet (Director), Alain Pintor (Director) and the company is managed by Mr. Xavier Châtelain.
